FlexPaths believes that culture change is a journey, not a destination. For companies introducing Flex, we help to find a smart, efficient, cost effective way to jumpstart the effort. FlexPaths will:

  • Validate the value of flexible work to key stakeholders (establishing the business case, providing ROI data, conducting competitive benchmarking).
  • Create a short- and long-term flex roadmap.
  • Frame, implement, and evaluate a Flex Pilot Initiative that provides appropriate tools and information for managers and employees.

Enhance
